San Bernardino County Regional Parks was a very fast-paced project. This site featured a mixture of the Lightweight Custom Bolt Theme a WordPress theme I played a key role in creating, and ISD-Blocks – the plugin created to make template blocks with a combination of WordPress and the Advanced Custom Fields plugin for the County’s Web Standardization Initiative.
This site used custom post types such as Parks and categories such as Activities to organize the shared data and display it dynamically across the site in multiple locations. We took advantage of WordPress’ ability to configure the data in one place and use it in multiple places on the site.
